Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued exam notification of IBPS CWE PO MT 6 Recruitment 2016-17 online examination (Preliminary and Main) for the next Common Recruitment Process for selection of Probationary Officer (PO) / Management Trainee (MT) posts in IBPS Participating Banks / Organizations. The IBPS 6th CWE PO / MT Examination scheduled to be held in October / November 2016. The IBPS PO / MT VI Exam Online Registration start from 26th July 2016 and Online submission close on 13th August 2016.

IBPS PO/MT 2017-18 Indicative Vacancies: Allahabad Bank – 525, Andhra Bank – 300, Bank of India – 200, Canara Bank – 2200, Central Bank of India – 300, IDBI Bank – 1350, Oriental Bank of Commerce – 500, Punjab National Bank – 750, Punjab & Sind Bank – 158, Syndicate Bank – 400, UCO Bank – 540, Union Bank of India – 899, United Bank of India – 200, Vijaya Bank – 500.

Educational Qualifications: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.

Vacancies & Validity: Depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2017-18 based on the business needs of the Participating Banks / Organisations and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations keeping in view the spirit of Govt. Guidelines on reservation policy, administrative convenience, etc. The validity for CWE PO/MT-V will automatically expire at the close of business on 31/03/2018 with or without giving any notice.

Interview –> Candidates who have been shortlisted in the main examination for CWE PO/MT-VI will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT with the help of IBPS.

Application Fee: ₹ 600/- for General and OBC Category Candidates; ₹ 100/- (Intimation Charge Only) for Reserved Category (SC / ST / PWD) Candidates. Good news for the candidates who have ever wished to get applied

for the jobs announced by the IBPS they can now applied for the recruitment form. The announcement has been made to recruit the candidates and the aspirants may have to get applied via online mode as on or before the last date of the organization.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has depicted the application form as for the candidates to get applied for the post as vacant post of Clerk-VI. The candidates may have to get applied via online mode within the last date if the candidate’s application form received after this date that application will not be accepted and the candidates will be rejected.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Clerk:

Candidates must possess Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is essential.

Aspirants should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer/Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

Age Limit:

Minimum age of candidates should be 20 years and maximum age will be decided by administration of organization. Relaxation in age will be given as per government rules.

SBI PO Exam Pattern: State Bank of India Probationary Officer Exam Pattern Details.

SBI PO Exam Pattern is of Three Phases – 1. Phase I, 2. Phase II, 3. Phase III.

A. Phase I: Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows…

(a) Test of English Language (Grammer, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc)

(b) Test of General Awareness, Marketing and Computers

(c) Test of Data Analysis and Interpretation

(d) Test of Reasoning (High Level)

The candidates are required to qualify in the Objective Tests by securing passing marks, in each of the tests, to be decided by the Bank on the basis of the performance of all the competing candidates taken together in each test to a minimum required level for each category.

(ii). Descriptive Test (50 marks): The Descriptive Test with 1 hour duration will be of “Test of English Language (letter writing & essay)”
